Green Olive Feta Grain Salad

Garnished with green olives, feta cheese and cucumber, this easy grain salad is a delicious lunch recipe and a great side dish to your favorite protein.

Cook grain according to package directions. I cooked the bulgur wheat in chicken stock for extra flavor, but feel free to use water or vegetable stock/broth. - 2 cup green olives Perforated
- 3 cup cucumber chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese cube
- 1-2 cup fresh herbs I used 1 cup of fresh basil leaves and 1/4 cup each of chopped parsley and chopped chives.

- 3 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic chopped
- 2-3 teaspoon salt
- 1-2 teaspoon black pepper
