How to make cajun shrimp

- seasoning – In a small bowl, mix Cajun seasoning – paprika, garlic & onion powder, thyme, oregano, black pepper, cayenne, and salt. set aside.
- shrimp seasoning – Place shrimp in a large bowl and season generously with Creole seasoning. Set aside the remaining seasoning for later use.
- heat the oil – Heat a heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium heat. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and butter in a skillet or Dutch oven.
- sautéed shrimp – Once hot, add the shrimp and sear on one side for about 1-2 minutes. Shrimp is finished with sauce. Remove shrimp and set aside.

- Sauté – Add garlic, green onions and green peppers to the frying pan and fry for 30 seconds.
- liquid – Pour in the broth and lemon juice and cook for another minute.
- add shrimp – If there is liquid from the plate, return the shrimp to the pot.
