If you’re not using the prepackaged coleslaw mix you can buy at the grocery store, you’ll need a food processor or knife to chop all the vegetables to the right size. Otherwise you will need a bowl and a spoon.

- coleslaw mix: I use a pre-wrapped bag of coleslaw mix, but you can prepare this yourself. You will need about 6 cups of finely chopped cabbage (about 1 medium head of cabbage) and 1 cup of finely chopped carrots.
- homemade spicy mayonnaise: I prefer to make my own mayonnaise because I don’t want to add preservatives.
- spices: apple cider vinegar, black pepper, monk fruit sweetenersalt, and cayenne pepper (option).

- Gradually add the dressing to the coleslaw mix and stir to create a keto-spicy coleslaw.
