  • coleslaw mix: I use a pre-wrapped bag of coleslaw mix, but you can prepare this yourself. You will need about 6 cups of finely chopped cabbage (about 1 medium head of cabbage) and 1 cup of finely chopped carrots.
  • homemade spicy mayonnaise: I prefer to make my own mayonnaise because I don’t want to add preservatives.
  • spices: apple cider vinegar, black pepper, monk fruit sweetenersalt, and cayenne pepper (option).
