Ayra Starr Headlines Kenya’s Shoke Shoke Festival

Kenya’s Ayra Starr fans had the best time of their lives at the inaugural Shoke Shoke festival in Nairobi over the weekend. The opening ceremony was also attended by Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja and Kenya’s leader, MP Jarango, who took the stage to greet the crowd that had gathered from all over the country.
Mavin record’s Sabi Girl, Ayra Starr, headlined the festival and also appeared on stage with Mavin record pal Bayanni. The ’19 and Dangerous’ songstress mega performed her hit ‘Rush’ to an excited crowd. Meanwhile, Bayani gave her stellar performance on her smash hit “Ta Ta Ta”. Her two stars from Nigeria gave the crowd a great time.

Attendees were thrilled with some of their favorite performances. The Only Rosa, Boutross Munene, Mejja, and Khaligraph Jones. There was also a surprise performance by Genjistone star Lil Marr on her hit “Kish.”
To the surprise of many, Kenya’s leaders, Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja and MP Jalango, also performed on stage. Musicians before their roles, they wowed audiences with their flawless freestyles.
