❤️ Why I love cabbage rice

If you hate cauliflower, or want a change from the cauliflower synonymous with keto and low-carb diets, try this stir-fried cabbage rice instead. It soaks in quickly.

For this cabbage rice, finely chop the cabbage or chop it like rice grains in a food processor. Similar to cauliflower rice, but less chewy. Cabbage is also a great way to add fiber, vitamin c and vitamin b6 to your diet. Get this recipe into your rotation.

🥫 Storing and Reheating

Allow the warm cabbage-rice mixture to cool to room temperature, then place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. If you are using this recipe for meal prep, add the remaining rice to individual meal prep containers, then add your favorite protein on top of the rice. Microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot.

💭 Tips and variations

  • After washing the cabbage before cutting, dry it with a soft cloth as much as possible before cutting.
