Burna Boy Reveals Why He’s Not Been Vocal About The 2023 Nigerian Elections

Afro-fusion star Burna Boy has revealed the reason for his silence regarding the Nigerian general election.
In a post shared on his IG story on Monday, Feb. 27, the “Ye” hitmaker revealed that he has no candidate he believes in.
He added that he has never endorsed any candidate because he does not want to influence people’s choices and disappoint them.
“I don’t understand why it is such a big deal for some Nigerians that I am not speaking out about the election. wrote.

The Grammy-winning singer has appealed to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to ensure that the results of the presidential election are not changed.
“Let Nigeria decide! @inecnigeria! Don’t try the magic of results,” he shared on Instagram.
Nigeria’s presidential election took place on Saturday, with a total of 18 candidates vying for the country’s top office.
Four of the 18 presidential candidates are leading the race.
