Michael Blackson plans to build school in Liberia after commissioning an Ultramodern School in Ghana

Popular Ghanaian-American-Liberian film actor and comedian Michael Blackson has already conquered the world of comedy, offering skit after skit to thank for his creative genius.
He’s now trying to rule the world in a different way. To build schools in both his native Ghana and Liberia.
In a short tweet on Friday, the comedian tweeted, “Liberia is next.” This is just days after commissioning a school in my hometown (Nsaba), a community in central Ghana.

Michael Blackson joins many other African-American celebrities investing in their education. Other celebrities who have invested in African education include Samuel Eto’o, Masai Ujiri, Serge Ibaka, Didier Drogba, Bismac Biyombo, French Montana, Serena Williams and Lil Jon.
Education in Africa remains one of the underdeveloped sectors, and new data show literacy rates have improved, but many factors, including conflict, poverty and infrastructure, still hamper education.
