Following the backlash from Balenciaga’s children’s clothing image, American celebrity Kim Kardashian has finally spoken out about the high fashion brand’s latest campaign.
The company released an ad featuring children with teddy bear bags designed with bondage gear and a document referencing a Supreme Court ruling upholding a law criminalizing child sexual abuse imagery. I got a backlash.

“As a mother of four, I have been disturbed by these disturbing images. Children’s safety must be respected to the utmost and nothing should stand in our society.” .
“We are grateful that Balenciaga took down the campaign and apologized. Talking to them helped them understand the seriousness of the problem and take the necessary steps to ensure this never happens again. I trust you will teach.”
Kim’s estranged ex-husband, Kanye, called out celebrities and said no one had a say in the Balenciaga story because it’s dominated by the brands they represent.
Fans still seemed angry after Kim released a statement on Twitter.
