  • Preheat oven to 350°F/177°C. Lightly spray a 9-by-13-inch baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

  • Place the broccoli florets in a pot and add enough water to cover them. Bring the water to a boil, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Once the broccoli is tender, drain and set aside.

  • Next, season the minced chicken with salt and Creole seasoning (unsalted). Mix well.

  • Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the chicken and fry for 5-6 minutes until cooked through. set aside.
