How to make pink grapefruit and elderflower syrup gin and tonic
This drink has few ingredients, so freshly squeezed pink grapefruit is best.
Fill a glass with ice, then gin, elderflower syrup and grapefruit juice. Stir well.
Top with tonic water of your choice.
Thyme or rosemary make a great garnish here, so add a sprig to the glass at the end along with a slice of pink grapefruit.

1 – 2 tots of gin
40ml (3 ½ Tbs) Lucky Bird Elderflower Syrup
60ml (1/4 cup) fresh pink grapefruit juice
replenishing tonic water
Fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs as a garnish (optional)
1 Slices of pink grapefruit for garnish
Fill a tall glass with ice. Add a glass or two of your favorite gin. Add Lucky Bird Elderflower Cordial. Add fresh pink grapefruit juice (for a large glass, add a little more) and stir well.
Top with tonic water and garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme or rosemary and a slice of pink grapefruit.
