The monarch and his new bride tied the knot at the King’s Palace on Tuesday.
The monarch and some of his chiefs were seen praying for a new bride in a now-viral video shared by on-air personality Adeyemi Sijuwade.
Mariam will be the third bride that Oni of Ife has married since taking the throne on October 26, 2015.
Before ascending the throne, the monarch married Adebukola Bombata. She is Ife’s first wife Oni. It turns out that Bombata was against Oni’s decision to join the fight for the throne.

After seven years of marriage, the couple split after the coronation of Oni. Bombata then moved to England.
