Today is the official release date of my new cookbook vegan nigeria kitchenThis project is one that I’m very proud to share, and I’m sure you’ll know why when you get your copy.

This cookbook gave me an opportunity to delve deep into my food culture, play with familiar and unfamiliar ingredients, and discover the wealth of plant-friendly cuisine Nigeria has to offer.
