HOW TO MAKE SUYA PASTA

I shared this simple Suya Pasta recipe myself Instagram page Almost three months ago it was a hit! I think the simplicity of the lunch and dinner recipes, which can be completed in 20 minutes, was a hit. It may have come out of the quarantine, we needed something delicious to remind us of our reality. I personally make souya at home, but you can buy it from a reliable and hygienic supplier. After all, we’re still working on a pandemic.

I had a few questions.

“Can I use any kind of pasta?”

My answer: yes. From spaghetti to fusilli and macaroni. I decided to use penne.

“What can I use if cooking cream is not available?”

My answer: You can use full cream milk to mix cornstarch or flour with water to make it a little thicker. However, if you find a cooking cream, use it.

“Can any kind of meat be used in the same dish?”

My answer: Of course, if you don’t have suya at home, you can use the protein you have to add suya spices to your pasta sauce.
